Prepare for Graduation
Graduation at Impact University is a clear and practical process. This page outlines what is required to register, what to expect, and how to prepare for the day.
Before You Register
To participate in graduation, the following must be completed:
- All tuition and fees paid in full by May 31
- Graduation fee paid
- All coursework and required forms submitted
Students who have not completed these requirements will not be eligible to walk.
Graduation Fees
Full Graduation Package
Cost: $200
Includes cap and gown, diploma, diploma photo, class photo, and refreshments
Diploma Only
Cost $50
For students who choose not to attend the ceremony
What to Expect
There is no rehearsal scheduled. Instead, light breakfast and refreshments will be available the morning of graduation.
Seating and Guests
Graduates will have reserved seating. Guests may sit in open areas of the sanctuary.
There is no guest limit.
Diplomas and Photos
You will receive your diploma during the ceremony for photos. Your official diploma, transcript, and graduation materials will be mailed within 2–3 weeks after graduation.
Students not attending will receive their materials by mail.
Cap and Gown
You can use a reserved room on Graduation Day to put your gown and hoods on. If you need assistance with your hoods, Nicole and Marilyn will be available to help.
- Distributed in mid-April during class
- Online students will receive theirs by mail
- Hang your gown ahead of time to remove wrinkles
- Dressing rooms will be available on-site
What to Wear
Men
Dark trousers, dress shirt, and tie (black, gray, or red recommended)
Women
Lightweight dress or blouse with skirt or slacks that do not extend below the gown
Basic items like safety pins will be available if needed.

Location: AGAPE FAITH CHURCH SANCTUARY
Attendance is required for all graduates who plan to walk.

Fill Out This Form
Complete the graduation registration form to confirm your participation and select your graduation option.
Graduation Day Schedule
Arrival Time: 9:45 AM
Arrive early to allow time for check-in, preparation, and photos.
Class Photos: 10:15 AM
Photos will be taken on stage or outside, depending on weather. A class photo is included with your graduation fee. Additional photos can be purchased after the event.
Ceremony Start: 11:00 AM
