Executive Leadership Program is designed to help Senior Pastors and Ministry Leaders effectively lead and manage themselves, their leaders, their teams, their volunteers, and the ministry. In ELP you will receive teachings from Pastor JB Whitfield who has 40 years of leadership experience and is John Maxwell Certified. It is personalized to meet your specific ministry needs, gives practical ministry application, and is real-time leadership coaching.

The Executive Leadership Program is in partnership with JB Whitfield Ministries and is taught by Pastor JB Whitfield, Senior Pastor of Agape Faith Church and Founder of Impact University. Other instructors are Staff Pastors from Agape Faith Church.

This program is a 9-month Certification Program held on Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday’s of the month. You can join the Day program from 12-2pm EST or the Evening program from 7-9pm EST.
