Impact Graduation
Saturday June 7, 2025
Before Graduation:
Please be sure that all tuition and fees are paid in full by May 31st. This includes your graduation fee. All class requirements and forms must be in as well. You will not be able to walk without all tuition and fees being paid.
Graduation Rehearsal and Cake & Refreshments:
Rehearsal – THERE IS NO REHEARSAL
In leu of a rehearsal or dinner, we will do breakfast the morning of graduation.
Impact Graduation Ceremony:
Saturday, June 7th, 11:00 am, Agape Faith Church Sanctuary.
Attendance is required for all graduates.
Arrival time:
On Saturday, please arrive promptly by 9:45 am. This will allow all graduates and faculty sufficient time to dress for pictures.
Pictures:
Class pictures will be taken at 10:15 am on the stage or outside (weather permitting). You will receive a copy of your class picture (includes graduate and graduation class with faculty) as part of your graduation fee; however, you may purchase additional pictures. Additional photos will be available for purchase through our photographer, Sarah Coldiron. We will send a link after graduation where you will be able to order extra prints. We will not offer professional family pictures the day of graduation. If you want to take your own family pictures on the stage following the ceremony you are more than welcome to do so.
Gowns and What to Wear:
Gowns will be arriving mid-April and will be passed out in class. If you are an online student, we will mail you your cap and gown. We encourage you to open the gown and let it hang so that all wrinkles fall out. If it needs extra steaming, please take the initiative to make your gown look it’s best on Graduation Day. You can use a reserved room on Graduation Day to put your gown and hoods on. If you need assistance with your hoods, Nicole and Marilyn will be available to help. Dressing Rooms will be Room 205 (Ladies) and Room 208 (Men). Men generally wear dark trousers and a dress shirt and tie under their gowns. If at all possible, please choose either black, gray or red for your tie. Women usually wear a lightweight dress or a blouse and a skirt that is shorter than the gown so it does not hang below the robe. We would recommend dark skirts or slacks. Nicole will have bobby pins and safety pins available when needed.
Seating:
All graduates will sit together in special reserved seating. Family members and friends are welcome to sit in any un-reserved or roped off seating in the sanctuary. Once the ceremony is over, the graduates will be escorted out. You can invite as many guests as you would like!
Diplomas:
You will take a picture with your actual diploma during the ceremony. In the 2-3 weeks following graduation, you will be mailed your diploma, official transcript, Alumni Foundation invitation letter, and picture. If you are receiving a diploma only and not walking, those will be mailed after graduation.
